Simply that, either of them works to make it disappear, so what would be the difference (beyond alpha being suitable of tweening and visible not)?
What is the difference between Visible=false and Alpha=0??

if its not visible, you can't interact with it. If it's alpha=0 its still there but completely transparent.
autoalpha=true will automatically set visible to false when alpha is 0.
sometimes you can get frustrated by having a plugin with alpha 0 that is causing you problems because it still functions for clicks etc but you don't realise it because its hidden.
