Embedding a video from a real time web cam

Hi,
may be my question is stupid because i'm newby.
I'd like to embed in my krpano virtual tour, a video from an internet URL (e.g. coming from a web cam in real time).
Does anybody knows if it is possible with krpano, I'd like to embed it in an hotspot?
If so, could anybody give me some suggestions about how to?
