why initvars:{...} uploaded to the server, can not get to the value

error：ERROR: plugin[testbutton] loading error: %$mypath%/test.png

In the local test can normally get to value。but uploaded to the server, can not get to the value。what is the problem？

the initvars:{...} only use layer url?

I want to pass a custom value in the HTML document, which is used in the XML.

example：
tour.html
embedpano({swf:"tour.swf", xml:"tour.xml", target:"pano", html5:"prefer",initvars:{mypath:"./panos1/"}, passQueryParameters:true});

tour.xml
<layer name="test" path="%$mypath%" />
