Martin... that was good... I like it. Wish you? were smiling though *g* Or maybe it was intentional to imply "The Camera" has gotten between the two??? *tongue*

No, I was concentrating on HDR more than my smile. It was test year ago and the camera wasn't between us.
Pure picture, next time I will show better one...

Thank you Klaus...

Hi Klaus,

We made fantastic VR thanks to your "tips" and so many other things mixing your know-how and own way of "cooking" the internet files. The best one is not on our web site, it's a matter of about 3 weeks...

But if you want to have a look at some VR we made these last 3 months, it's here :

Bonne visite ! Have a nice trip ! *thumbup*

i tried to apply this to my wedding spin and it does not work. all i get is a black screen. same thing with the demo example provided in the 1.0.8 beta 6 package, black screen. i get this error in flash 10

RangeError: Error #2006: The supplied index is out of bounds.
at flash.utils::ByteArray/writeBytes()
at krpano/startup_stage2_parseexternkey()
at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()

here is some of the code all files are in the root

<!-- settings for raining images ... XML -->
<imagerain url="roseheart.png"
blendmode="normal"
count="1000"
scale="1.0"
spreading="1.5"
speed="1.0"
speedvariance="2.0"

<!-- HTML -->

var so = new SWFObject("krpano_imagerain.swf", "krpanoSWFObject", "100%", "100%", "9.0.28","#000000");
shake="4.0"
/>

any ideas?

Hi, please verify your license file! it seems the file is not complete,
maybe something happens while uploading and the file is only 0 bytes large...

i copied over a known good licsense file. still nothing. howver if I rename krpano_imagerain.swf back to krpano.swf and then change the html file to point to krpano.swf instead of imagerain it is working. why wouldnt it work with the file named krpano_imagerain.swf? it works now so I am happy but this issue puzzles me.

Hi, did you rename the license file too, or set a path in the xml to it?

is it required that the license file be named same as the .swf?

krpano_imagerain.swf should = krpano_imagerain.license ?

if so I was not aware of that.

I had to look for where it was... it's in the readme.txt file that comes in the stable (1.0.7) download package.

It may be somewhere else (it's on the forum as well, as it's a common problem)... but that is the first place I found it.

is it required that the license file be named same as the .swf?
yes, or the set path/name of the license file in the html file with the "license" parameter/variable,

here is an example for this:
