Would it be possible?
Just integrating an swf hotspot or a video hotspot with a flv streaming?! 
to show the user in the panorama using his webcam is possible after permission. Search for webcam as3 in google and youll find examples.
to show yourselfs or an area in the panorama which is viewable by the user could be accomplished by either a live stream (expensive server... which need to handle the traffic) or a flash media server, which can handle flv streaming. Another possibility would be a php script that saves a jpg every second to the server. and krpano would load that image (with a cachebuster script and auto update action).
