Yes my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3 on Jellybean 4.1.2 and I also noticed that the gyro when used is so shaky. I even placed it on a flat stable surface and it's still shaking
On my iphone 4 iOS 6.0 the gyro is perfect.
hi, same here, the gyro is so sensible on Samsung Galaxy Tab2 7.0 with Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean , it works perfect on iOS 6.1.3 tested on iPhone 4S and iPad3.
Hi,
this is known problem - the most Android browsers and devices aren't providing usable gyro sensor data - this differs from browser to browser and from device to device...
I'm already thinking about disabling the gyro for Android by default in the vtourskin.xml (simply by adding ' ...+!android ' to the devices setting of the gyro plugin) but at the moment it is still enabled in the hope that the Android browsers and devices will become better here in future...
Best regards,
Klaus
Klaus,
Thank you for all of your great work. I see your reasoning to leave it enabled with the vtourskin.xml. For now I am going to have it disabled until some progress is made with Android Devices.
Thanks,
