Hello, What I just did is: 1. Took a screenshot of the Dollhouse and save it. 2. Edited in Photoshop with the default size (250x130 px). 3. Save to /assets/model3d/ with the filename snapshot.jpg. Hope this helps.

Hello, Regarding with the missing snapshot, I just took a screenshot with the 3D view and edited it in photoshop with the specific size and copied to the assets folder (render/assets/model3d) with the filename "snapshot". As to the polygon tool that is not working, I haven't encountered that problem so far.
Good Day! Can anyone help me with this? When I rendered the tour, the 3D Model Snapshot is not included in the folder. Also it is showing the error: Quoted ERROR: plugin[ev_menuthumbimage-scene_model3d] - loading of './assets/model3d/snapshot.jpg?nocache=0.5158950201533463' failed! Please see attached photo.

Hello everyone, I tried putting information box in the tour. The problem is I cannot open it when in walkthrough mode. I can only open it at first (shown in screenshot_7.jpg) But later on, it will not be shown anymore, need to refresh the tour again. I really appreciate your help. Thank you.
