I suggest as many as possible report this bug to Google. If you have a client who link to your tours by opening it in a New Window use that for the report. Thanks Klaus. I also came to the conclusin that it is a Chrome problen which I guess is from a new update this year. I have actually charged my old iPad from 2013 which have not been updated for at least 5 years. Everything works perfect, No problem with opening in New window. I will ask my Client to change their links if they want full support. Or maybe better ad a text above the Thumbs and ask the visitors not to use chrome or describe how to easy get it fixed by turning the iPad.

This is ridiculous.There has been 112 visits on my post and not one has responded. There must be hundreds of Virtual Tours which has this problem. There is a problem on iPad and iPhone with Chrome if you are linking to a tour by opening in NEW WINDOW: Se the image. I do not know if it is a new problem with last update of Chrome or how long it has existed. Please why is not the context menu=false working on Android if you are on a textpopup or a video. I want to use the selectable text option and that is not possible when the Context menu pops up. Same problem when using controlbar with videos. I also tried to ad <contextmenu touch="false" /> to the popup.xml also but it has no effect
Unfotunatelly solving one problem get you another. The controlbar works perfect on ipad and iphone but on ipad you now have fullscreen option for the virtual tour. Finally after 10 years we have it. And if you are in Fullscreen and use the video controlbar fullscreen option you at locked in fullscreen. Clicking on the video does not give me back the controlbar. You have to get out with the Homebutton.
I had to disable the controlbar by adding a special action with devices="android"
<contextmenu touch="false" /> Does not work on Android when you are in a video. This gives problem as you can not touch the video to get the controlbar or to pause/start
Problem is solved. Adding the line to the first action solved it. Now all functions are working. However you have to remove the line with the togglepause option and instead ad it to your videospot onclick. Ok searcning the forum I can see that indexofrefraction already asked about this in 2017 and got no answer. https://krpano.com/forum/wbb/index.php?p…&threadID=14788 The main problem for me is that the viewer has no clue of how long the video is without controls. In a way the "no function" controls does this job however it looks unprofessional that the visible controls do not work.
I have tried to get controls for videos using the new video-player.xml They do appear using this addition to the xml. However they do not work. The only function you get is a visible view of the length of the video and how far it has played. What function is there for the SWF file now that we do not have flash any more. I tried to search the dokumentation but it is only associated with flash.

I updated the tour.js and.tour.swf to 1.20.9 in one of my older tours and this solved the problem. So you never know what happens with new IOS. Updating the Krpano files seems to ben a constant demand. I can not see anything about this special problem in the realease not for 1.20.9 It just says this. Fix: Add iPhone Fullscreen Mode support for iOS 14.2. I am on 14.7.1 and there is no real fullscreen support. Only when in Landscape.
And I just decided that my customer The National Danish Museum now could take over as server for all tours I made the last 10 years. Apparently I was wrong.
To test the iPhone fullscreen i made 2 identical tours.Using the MakeVtour in 1.20.7 and the the new tool in 1.20.9 https://360-foto.dk/vtour20-7 https://360-foto.dk/vtour20-9 As you can see the 20.7 gives you a large black bottom area.
