Thanks for your response Sacha. I've not looked into them all, but as you mention, each has their own issues. I'll certainly look into phonegap as I think a dedicated app is what I need. Ideally it wouldn't be for a single tour, but as a general tool enabling viewing of tours offline.
I'm looking to create a bespoke app to allow people to view tours offline on an iPad / iPhone. I'm wondering what the process is in creating a stand-alone app that can be downloaded from the app store.
I'm working on a project where it's important for my client that the 360's work on gyro. We provided a demo using a previous version of KRPano and it all worked fine. I've now submitted a demo using 1.17 and the feedback is that it's a bit choppy (jumpy) on android. I've not got access to an android device so I'm not able to see for myself. Is this a known issue, are there any settings I can tweak? Many thanks Will
Cloudflare is useful for all sorts of reasons but it's not really a CDN. It does cache pages and can share some of the server load (25% ish) on a busy site. It's best features are related to security IMO.
I also use cloud flare but it's not really a CDN in the same way.

Thanks Olihar, I've drawn the same conclusion that CORS is not working consistantly on CloudFront and S3 is the only option. This post is my final attempt to make it work as I've tried everything else. It would be a great shame not to take advantage of a CDN, there must be a solution or alternatives….
Is anyone having any success using amazon cloud front to serve virtual tour jpg tiles? I've had it working fine for a few days and then it stops sending the correct header on some assets. The errors are totally random and only seems to effect some tiles from some tours, if left for a few days they start working again. Hi All I'm finally upgrading a mac and can no longer use 'Cubic Convertor' by Click Here Design (old friend). 'Cubic Convertor' was great at batch converting files from Spherical to a folder of cube faces or the other way round. Krpano droplets can make this conversion but I've not managed to make it work as a batch. Can it work as a batch? Many thanks Will

Hi Does textfield work on ipad / iphone? I've spent ages trying to find an example that works. My requirement is really simple, I need to display a couple of lines of text and a url, preferably I'd be like to style it but this is not essential. My understanding is that krpanoiphone.js can handle basic textfield plugin html. Is there any info out there to aid me in my quest? Any help would be massively appreciated if only to say it's not ready yet :) Thanks Will
