Surely with smooth setting the acceleration, deceleration and maximum speed though it should just take twice as long at the same speed?
Well I did wonder that and try it, but Im setting the same panning speed, and acceleration and deceleration so it really shouldnt be.
Can nobody tell me why this is wrong? I have no idea now if its my code or if there is just a bug in the software?
Ok according to me: A Canon EOS 400D at 180mm zoom has a field of view of 7 deg 3 min 29 sec. The full resolution version of the pano is 23737px wide. If you divide 23737 by 3888 (which is the horizontal resolution of the 400D) you get a figure of 6.1 "images wide". Therefore the field of view of the panorama is 6.1 times that of the inividual photo and therefore is 43 degrees. Panning 13 degrees left means that the left hand side of the screen is pretty much the left hand side of the panorama, ...
Ok point taken, although the file was created with "MAKE PANO (MULTIRES) droplet.bat" so it set that value. I'll have a tinker in the morning :) Thanks for your help :)

This code only results in "Info: 0" in the window. I've tried it in IE9 and in Firefox 4, so it seems unlikely to be a browser setting that isn't working. Is there a server side setting that might be stopping this working?

I've now spent another half day tinkering with this to no effect. I thought perhaps because some events are defined in the "skin" xml file that maybe they needed to be in the same place but that didnt work. I even tried: Quellcode 1 2 <action name="test";> trace('0'); set(events.onidle=("test2";);</action><action name="test";> trace('1');</action> But whilst the 0 appears in the window, the 1 never happens.

Hi guys! I've just put up a hidden test page containing my first attempt at an online pano: http://www.frozentime.co.uk/omk/ This is what I'd like to achieve: The black horizonatal <div> in which the pano is opened if 500px tall, but obviously when opened the panorama is defaulting to showing full width. Really I'd like it to open zoomed to fit that height. Secondly when opened I'd like it to be panning slowly on its own. Is this achievable please? Thanks in advance, Chris.
Thanks. I think that found it! I'm assuming that: Quellcode 1 set(control.mousetype, moveto); is another way of doing the same thing?

Ive tried adding: Quellcode 1 <control mousetype="drag2d" /> to the XML file but it seems to make no difference.
