Another iOS/html5 XML parser error

Quoted from "HansNyb" If you load the xml in Firefox to detect the error you get a better direct description of what it is. In this case it is the & character on Line Number 208, Column 105: which is not allowed without an entity Ref Outside Pool & Bar" Hans Unbelievable. Once again so simple. Hans you are my hero. It works!!! :D

Dubai Designer Villa Tour

Hi guys, This is my first tour I made with a Gigapan Epic Pro together with krpano. I am very happy with the result. http://www.mousemedia.nl/panoramas/EmiratesHills/tour.html I am currently fine-tuning various bits and pieces. (Names, hotspot alpha / zoom and a custom made interface for zooming etc) also HTML5 seems not to work (other post -> as you can see here. Please let me know what you think. Another iOS/html5 XML parser error

Sorry Klaus, I have (I guess) a similar problem which is addressed many times before. However I can't seem figure it out. I created this tour today and it works fine. -> http://www.mousemedia.nl/panoramas/EmiratesHills/tour.html by default I believe it runs in flash. However when trying to load it on a iOS (or any HTML5 machine I get FATAL ERROR: tour.xml - xml parsing failed! If I try to address the xml -> http://www.mousemedia.nl/panoramas/EmiratesHills/tour.xml I get an error on my computer i...

Panorama show stitch line

I've been using PTGui for "normal" panoramas for more then 3 years now. But how complicated can it be that even when you use the Align to grid function it still doesn't work.

Panorama show stitch line

PTGui does not work properly with my Gigapan Epic Pro.... or does it? If I make a controlled motorized panorama with 285 photos it takes forever to stitch them together and after a VERY long wait it didn't use all photos, resulting into gaps full of emptiness. Any advise on that then?

Panorama show stitch line

Ok so here a small update on what I just found out. The Gigapan Stitcher makes a 4~5 pixel black line at the right side of the panorama. It does not add the line, but destroys what was originally there. Now this is not really a big deal (accept for the fact that it is super stupid it the first place... ) I know this because if i subtract the 4 or 5 pixels form the panorama krPano gives a warning the image is not a complete spherical 360x180. The solution I am currently using is zooming in into p...

Panorama show stitch line

Actually I exported it directly from Gigapan Stitch to krPano and the line is there. I read somewhere that Gigapan Stitch sucks big time (mainly because of this seam / stitch issue) are you recommending any other stitching software that is able to handle 285 images ordered?

Panorama show stitch line

Quoted from "klaus.krpano" Hi, the krpano tools will never add such lines - the input images will be always taken as they are and their content not modified! But it's known Photoshop problem that happens when resizing the non-flatten (not to background layer reduced) images. In this case Photoshop will use transparent pixels as 'border-pixels' when scaling and this will introduce slightly transparent lines at the border of the image. Best regards, Klaus Dear Klaus, Thank you for this. I did not...

Panorama show stitch line

Hi Nupsi, Thank you for replying on my question so prompt. Yes you are right. I am currently uploading a multi resolution example so you can see what I mean of a photo I took with a Gigapan Epic Pro + 5D MKII + 50mm. 1.4 lens. Any way, the stitching software I used it Gigapan Stitch. There are 2 reasons why I use this 1. I'ts fast 2. Give the best results (other programs do not like +200 images even on my high end spect iMac) If I create the panorama in pano2vr I don't see the seam / stitch. I h...

Panorama show stitch line

Hi there, When I am creating the panorama I get a stitch line from the far ends of the panorama. How can I get rid of them? I did not had the problem before using other software. I am looking forward into hearing your advise.

Locked Nadir logo

Dear all, I am new here and also new to krpano, recently bought it and am very much impressed by how it works. I saw a couple of examples where people had a transparent logo on the nadir, that was sort of a separate layer that did not move (locked). Now with any given program I can make transparent png file (or what ever) and patch it onto the _d (down image). However I am looking for a way to let the image (or text) be locked in position, so if you turn the panorama, the image stay in position ...
