ok guys, turns out using <display depthbuffer="true"/> makes the controllers disappear in vr mode hope it helps
Hi i have this tour working on krpano 1.20.9 vr mode was working ok on quest, meaning when entering the vr mode, the laser controllers were showing. without changing any of my vr settings, suddenly when i enter the vr mode, neither the controllers or the vr cursor arte showing any idea on what could cause this? Hi, We use krpanotools on Windows Server 2012 R2 launched by a php commandline call in order to create multires images from equirectangular jpg images. When observing the Windows Ressource Monitor (see screenshot attached), i notice there are several krpanotools.exe instances (which is normal because it is launched by several users) but what's strange is the status of the process : it indicates "Terminated" and stays a while after operation, keeping cpu in usage is there any reason for that? + t...

Hi, When using droplets with 1.20.7 Mac, multires or vr-opt with Ricoh Theta Images, the tour wont go VR into Oculus (old and latest version). The enter VR button appears, once clicked, the VR stays framed into the oculus browser window. Thanks
Thanks have a look at this file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ANm3Lp3…iew?usp=sharing when you check its xmp it has PoseHeadingDegrees = 267.1 then as i said: clean install of 1.19.pr16 with autolevel=prealign in the basicsettings.config=> this value is in the xml prealign or the image clean install of 1.20.4 with autolevel=prealign in the basicsettings.config => this value is not in the xml prealign or the image thanks

Hi I think it's a bug? When i use 1.19.pr16, clean install, and set autolevel=prealign in the basicsettings.config, the prealign from Ticoh Theta images are well added in the generated xml When i use 1.20.2, clean install with the same source images, and set autolevel=prealign, all prealign values are at 0.0 in the xml! thanks

Hi Thanks, yes i did, it's the same i guess its working when the tour embeded in the iframe is on the same domain as parent page, and it's not working when they are on different domains.... Still no solution for this?
Hi, I noticed the webvr icon is no longer shown when my tour is embeded in an iframe on android the tour shows well the fullscreen icon, the iframe code has well allowfullscreen=true, but the webvr icon has desappeared thanks for help
it is on mobile safari. krpano detects webvr as available : Enter VR button is visible, but once clicked, the gyro doesn't seem to work, there is no movement
Just noticed that this morning. Even Krpano demos aren't working anymore, that leads me to think that safari has made an update where Krpano VR isn't working anymore on this browser. Any idea to fix this? are we stuck till Klaus do his update? Thanks
