I don't think it was encoded wrong, it looks like it was shot out of focus. I've made that mistake a few times.
I just downloaded the trial of PTgui, i'll give it a try and see if i get the same results.
I was on a shoot yesterday, i shot somewhere near 60 panoramas. I used to leave the camera in my panohead to shoot the nadir and then take the tripod out in photoshop, but I shot each nadir handheld yesterday hoping that it would cut down my time in post-processing. On 90% of my panoramas there are stitching errors only on the nadir, most are minor, some are major. I just upgraded to autopano giga, and thought that might be the issue, but i tried some of the same panos in autopano pro and got th...
okay, I updated krpano, and i added the other suggested code. It runs really sluggish for me, it seems like there is a delay or there is a smoothing setting set way too high. This is the reason why i never used beta 8 in the past. Is there some settings that i'm missing? I'm also getting" ERROR: no parent 'map' found" EDIT: fixed both problems.
i tried changing the quality, i dont notice a difference in how it looks, but it runs way worse now. What is the plus side to updating to the beta? and is it simple as replacing files or do i need to change code around...sorry, im still new at this.
that looks awesome! i tried this once with my apartment building but it was a horrible failure.

I'm getting a security error on my global xml file when i try to open my virtual tour... http://radialimages.com/virtualtour/tastingauction/welcome/ the strange thing is that everything was working awesome locally, but once i put it up on the server nothing works. any ideas? thanks!! -erik
I shoot on a homemade panohead, 18 shots at 10mm. ISO 100, F8. I use autopano pro to stitch to an equirectangular and then photoshop to clean up the layers. I use the superrune photoshop plugin to edit the zenith and nadir if needed, but it doesnt work on my mac... How do you convert it back into a sphere after using the ktransform plugin to edit the nadir?
