Thank you Klaus, I have set that flag and it does indeed eliminate the problem for my browser. Prior to this I noticed that when I use the skin skin/vtourskin_design_ultra_light.xml, it significantly reduced the effect. Is that simply co-incidence, or is there something in that that I could use to help minimise this problem for my users? Thanks again. Claire
I've been encountering a problem when loading krpano into a div. It seems that not all the tiles load, giving the effect of shards of the image missing as the tour rotates. The attached image shows the problem. index.php?page=Attachment&attachmentID=2082 or it can be viewed here: http://stephen.imageweavers.co.uk/tours/…plot17/div.html The same tour viewed fullscreen displays no problem. Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening. Many thanks, Claire
Update: This working now fine. I Installed latest KR Pano version 1.19r8, which may be a red herring, but I am not aware of changing anything else. Was previously using 1.19r4. Many thanks, C
Hello, I have a couple of distorted hotspots in this tour. http://vintagevwcampers.imageweavers.co.uk/tour/tour.html They work fine in chrome, but on firefox, safari or Android device they are not aligned or to scale. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Many thanks, Claire
I'm getting this problem too. Not sure when it started as I haven't made a tour for many months. It's possible that the upgrade to OSX 10.11.2, El Capitan caused this? I've downloaded and installed KRPANO 1.19, but am still getting the same problem. Any advice greatly appreciated. Claire
Thank you all - Perfect. Claire :)
Hi, I was wondered whether it is possible to set hlookat and vlookat in the querystring as it is with startscene along this sort of lines: http://lunga.imageweavers.co.uk/tour/?st…=25&vlookat=-10 Many thanks, CF
OK, I figured this out. Phew. The XML generated by the default krpano droplet includes a file skin/vtourskin.xml, which contains an onclick event for the style skin_hotspotstyle. This overwrites the onclick event. I therefore added a linkedurl attribute in the same style as linkedscene to this onclick event, and it all works fine. i.e. Quellcode 1 if(linkedurl, openurl(get(linkedurl),_self);)
Hello, I am trying to use openurl() to open a URL from an onclick event on a hotspot. I have tried a thousand ways to get this working and it's driving me loopy. Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Here is my hotspot code from the XML file. <hotspot name="spot1" style="skin_hotspotstyle" ath="-8.183" atv="2.442" onclick="openurl('http://krpano.com',_self)" /> also <hotspot name="spot1" style="skin_hotspotstyle" ath="-8.183" atv="2.442" onclick="openurl('http://krpano.com',_self);" ...
Got there, using the vars:{} function. embedpano({swf:"tour.swf", xml:"tour.xml", target:"pano", html5:"prefer", passQueryParameters:true, vars:{startscene:"scene_name"}}); & scene_name can be set using PHP, or whatever.
Hey thanks, I was wanting to start the tour in a specified location rather than random. I guess that would go the same way? I'll investigate. Just in case I'm barking up the wrong tree, I'll rephrase the question. I have a number of scenes defined in the XML and the tour is initialised with the code <krpano version="1.17" title="" onstart="startup();"> <action name="startup"> if(startscene === null, copy(startscene,scene[0].name)); loadscene(get(startscene), null, MERGE); </action> Then in the H...
Hi, Is it possible to vary the start location of a tour such that different links from a web page to the same tour file result in a different start locations. Previously, with ptviewer, I would do this using PHP to set the start location according to a querystring variable, but I don't know how to do this within XML Any pointers gratefully received.
Perfect. You rock! Thank you.
Does anyone know whether it's possible to stop auto rotate by clicking within the tour itself, emulating the behaviour of ptviewer? I have seen how to use onclick="switch(autorotate.enabled);" to create a button to do this, but would ideally like it to occur by clicking anywhere in within the tour itself, such that starting to interact with the tour ends autorotate until another view is loaded. Many thanks :)
Yep, it does. Many many thanks. C
Hello again, Those links were very useful. I have also been reading the documentation, and have a basic tour with interactive floorplan configured. I wondered though, is there documentation for these things anywhere. I can't seem to locate it. <plugin name="map" /> <plugin name="zoombutton" /> <plugin name="closebutton" /> etc At the moment I just feel like I'm hacking bits of code together without understanding. It's working, but I'd rather understand. Many thanks, Claire
Very clear, thank you Alexey. Much appreciated.
Can anyone pls tell me which licenses I need to buy to be able to produce virtual tours with integrated floorplan? Do I need the krpano Maps Plugin License? or the third party autoMap plugin? Thanks in advance to anyone who can clarify. Claire
