how to draw some irregular polygons in my pano

I want to draw some irregular polygons in my pano,like triangle,quadrilateral ,pentagon or hexagon...... Is there any plugin that i can use ? Or any way i can do to draw an irregular polygon in my pano ? Thanks a lot !
