mp4 to webm converter?

This might be a bit over-kill but here is the code we use to convert our mp4's into several versions for deployment. Not exactly what you want but it might have something useful in it. This is Python used in a Lambda deployment system, pulling media fam an S3 bucket. WebVR is deprecated

Quoted from "Scott Witte" So.... WebVR is deprecated in favor of WebXR which isn't yet ready to replace WebVR. I'll bet there was a lot of consternation at Connect 6! That session was over-flowing out into the demo zone. Security was having fun trying to keep this under control.

Krpano tools on server

We had the same issues. Having switched to AWS, we use a Lambda function to handle all of our krpanotools now.

Error entering VR on iOS since update

Tuur, Thanks for taking a gander at this. I got the issue resolved in a tedious code swap. Did not take the time to determine EXACTLY what was up, but now working as expected.

Error entering VR on iOS since update

Of course this has to be our code/xml causing this. But finding the cause is totally eluding me. Here is a URL for reference https://www.xplorit.com/orlando-florida When entering VR mode on any device running iOS, and in any browser on the device, I get the following error in the JS console: TypeError: G[a.browser.events.requestfullscreen] is not a function. (In 'G[a.browser.events.requestfullscreen]({navigationUI:"hide"})', 'G[a.browser.events.requestfullscreen]' is undefined) On any other brow...

S3 CloudFront Chrome Cors Error Css3d Request Twice Hotspot

tidytrax, We had the same issue when we switched to AWS. Once we added the random string i.e. 12345.jpg?nocache=93186409346jhdfbw the issue was resolved. At least a workaround for now.

krpanotools makepano .kro file sizes

When creating multires panos via krpanotools makepano is there any "formula" that can be used to predict file sizes of the .kro files generated? I have container size restrictions I'm battling and need to know a ceiling I can limit to for equis to process.

Google Earth KMZ/KML with VirtualTour?

When Google sunsetted the Google Earth plugin it basically killed what you are looking to do. We used to have a GEPlugin integration and it was pretty slick. Until Google Exposes some form of JS API for Google Earth Web there is not too much you can do.

Krpano tools on server

Take a look at this thread for some insight. The "solution" relates to encryption but applies to just about any other process/command you could be doing with krpanotools executable server-side. The key with all of this is waiting for the process/command to finish up before moving on. https://krpano.com/forum/wbb/index.php?p…&threadID=16462

On-the-fly encryption - SOLVED

I've redone the logic flow a bit and added in error reporting to the main guts of this. On-the-fly encryption - SOLVED

From Klaus’s input and a bunch of testing, I’ve finally cracked the nut of on-the-fly encryption via PHP. I’ve gotten a bunch of help from this forum so now time to return the favor. If elaboration is needed, post a question and I’ll see what I can do. krpanotools encrypt exit codes

Klaus, I have a collection of 44 XML files that have failed encryption via my method at the following link: Link to .zip of files I've run the contents of each one through several XML validators and they have come up clean. The version of krpanotools I'm using is krpano-1.19-pr16 Linux 64. Each one of these has produced an exit code of "1". Can you, or anyone, see a reason as to why these would cause an error when encrypting?

krpanotools encrypt exit codes

Perhaps I need to take this at a different angle. Using a set of commands and xml-input that are EXACTLY the same, I run the set via krpanotools encrypt routine 20 times. Eighteen of the 20 times the process is successful, with an exit code of 0. Two of the 20 times the process errors with an exit code of 1. What COULD be potentially causing this result?

krpanotools encrypt exit codes

I'm revisiting why I'm running into situation where at random times ( perhaps 1% of the time ) the PHP script I use to encrypt my XML on the fly will error and deliver an exit code of 1, resulting in an xml error in the KRPano viewer.. The error happens leveraging system(), exec() and proc_open(). The current method, proc_open() either produces an exit code of 0 ( normal exit) or 1, never -1. With proc_open() I'm able to capture the two output streams. The output [1] (the encrypted XML) and in t...
