Query String XML Parse Failing

Definately no spaces. Also looks correct in the XML. The "linkedurl" comes from a MySQL data column and the xml is constructed at load time. Seems to fail if I include an & (encoded or not) in any text field/tooltip/etc. ??! GK

Modeling meeting spaces

Looking at the meeting space images attached, conf_360view shows what the room looks like and conf_dollshouse shows what it looks like with a basic shape to define the room. Not sure what can be done about the chairs? Even more of a headache next door is a large conference centre with hundreds of chairs both on a flat surface and banked seating. There is a second viewpoint in this room at the back looking forward. Thanks for any suggestions GK

Thumbnail change

Any chance of this being included in an update? Often - particularily in new show homes - a number of thumbnails will be of a blank wall. A wider angle thumbnail or mini-EQ would help solve this issue, perhaps similar to that generated in Everpano?

Directional Blending with 3D arrows

OK so I may be missing this if it is already available and buried in 1.2's new features, but we have talked previously in various threads about directional blending and google street view style arrows (e.g. garrows). That would be native capability to KRPano not via use of Everpano. What is the outlook for these features? Thanks

Textures behind foreground objects

You will notice that when standing in front of a foreground object and you move to the side - the texture of the foreground objects appears like a shadow stretching out behind it? I guess this is the case as the current scene has no knowledge of what lies behind the object in the foreground. Will it ever be the case that textures can be used from other adjacent panos to fill in the missing image detail when moving around a foreground object? Hope I am explaining myself here! Thanks

Everpano3D 1.1 - Feedback and requests

Few additions: 7. Cylinder tool - define diameter + height. 8. In dolls house mode, mouse right click and drag to move model around (like Sketchfab). 9. Measurement tool? Maybe if you define the known size of a length or height, you should be able to make approximate measurements anywhere? Maybe beyond the scope of what you envisaged but how about the ability to drop in pre-built objects - so say drop in a 2 seater sofa of generic design which can then be resized/manipulated to suit. That could ...

Sample Images

Anyone fancy trying the two images linked below? From a new build showhome - a smallish room with furniture and fittings. Tried to model the room with varying degrees of success. https://www.pikodesign.com/lounge1.jpg https://www.pikodesign.com/lounge2.jpg Interested to see the results anyone gets. Think I am over complicating the model and it starts to get a bit messy - struggling to work out the best way to model the furniture etc. Thanks GK

Adding hotspot via JS

Hi, When adding a hotspot via JS and setting its style attibute e.g. krpano.set("hotspot["+spotname+"].style", "skin_hotspotstyle|tooltip"); Just to be clear, the new hotspot does not inherit any of the styling nor events defined in "skin_hotspotstyle|tooltip"? - unless I doing something wrong. Thanks GK

krpano Depthmap Support

Can I request a walkthrough video on how to efficiently model a typical residential property - i.e. a room with sofas, chairs, tables, various decorative objects etc. Also the best way to model a typical L shaped open plan space that might have dining/living/kitchen spaces all together? Thanks GK

Krpano updates, future and your thoughts?

It seems reasonable to me to be paying a modest yearly maintenance fee which gives you access to support and upgrades. Generally speaking I commit to financially support a product and its developer/company, and in turn the developer/company should be committed to developing the product in a timely manner, offering a product "roadmap" etc. I don't give away my services for free so why should anyone else?

Shift inside the sphere

Quoted from "indexofrefraction" as i mostly render my panoramas with 3d apps, generating depth maps would be no problem at all for me :) Hi, As an aside I have tried creating "dolls house" models a.k.a. Matterport - using photogrammetry tools - namely demos of Agisoft Photoscan Pro, Pix4DMapper, 3DF Zephyr + one other which I cannot remember. Never had much success though. Anyone care to share their experience? You may have also noticed Matterport now offers the ability to publish on their serv...
