Loading bar not showing... in Xhtml?

The loading image is showing, but not the bar! .. well it's there but all black! I realised that when it's loaded and you reload the page, the bar is showing!! But when opened for the first time... it's black and not working! weird!

What can be wrong with my embed code? I thought it could be related to XHTML??

thanks! I see!
I will check that and let you know!

but it could be also an server problem...
when the gzip compression is not configured right for swf files
the server can/will not return the right download size,
then the viewer doesn't know the real filesize during loading from server...
