simple question - how to display permanent text...?

[size=small]A very quick (and probably easy) question: how do I make a piece of text permanently show? – i.e. not on ‘mouse over’? I want to identify buildings and road networks on an aerial pano with permanent text, with a building highlighted with a ‘mouse over’ effect.
