PC problems

Yo people,

two of my clients can't open any tour... it loads a little little bit ...after refresh a little litle bit more... etc etc

What can be the course... *confused*

is there a common problem with older xp ( do we need service pack 2 ??
etc

i don't know and can't find it.... on his computer..

could it be the registry? java? *confused*

He is a digibetes *g*

so...

What could cause this slow / no show of the pano's *confused*

sorry, no ideas!

which browser?
is there a fire/contentwall which scans/blocks downloads?
I think the flashplayer should be independent of xp service packs

...

shouldnt be anything JAVA related if you are using Krpano. I would start by going to Adobe Flashplayer main site and reinstall the latest flash player. They have a way to test the flash component there. Then you will know wather it is flash player itself. Klaus is correct we need to know what Brouser they are using and the version. IE6, IE7 or Fixfore. There are differetn ways to troubleshoot each senario. I have worked my way through some nasty flash problems. Keep us posted.

could be active X realted. check the security setting in the brouser.

it's IE7.. fresh install ... servicepack 3... active X activated...

this computer and connection are quick / fast ... and the drives are almost empty...
