simple question about video

I have video in MWV.....how can I convert into FLV(?) so that I can then use the video with the KRprotect? the videos Ihave are 1280x720.

Or is that even possible? Final result I am looking for is to use my recorded videos in krpano viewer as a protected flash.

I do not know the reason why... but it seems that videos and sounds are "streaming" files and then they can not be encrypted...
