Black strip with html?

Thanks to your help, I have been learning alot.

I am looking to make a 5% black strip on the very bottom of the pano so I can put the title, logo link, etc....How is that done? That way, I can copy/paste that HTML setup and add that to all panos and just change the info in the black strip:)

Not sure if that can be done with html. I added a plugin (black rectangular image) in the xml file and assigned a proper value to the alpha attribute, to get the same effect.

HTML is only where I thought it might be easiest. LOL

Anyway to get that black info section on the bottom...(however it is done) would be great. I will look making info on a black image....but that seems like the long way around, and well, Guess that is the only way since folks don't know how to duplicate the Utah3d.net example. :( Thanks.

The black bar is a plugin with other plugins on top of it.


Here is something totally different but I think could be used to do what you want. It would require some coding but you could set the area to the upper 95% of the viewing area and place your link plugins in the remaining black area.

Take a look at this example. It shows how to use the area attribute.

i would also do it via xml. if you do that via html which can be done you would need to use java script to pass the commands back into krpano. Jarreda is on the right path.

utah3d is using tables to force a particular size...

here's a simplified view of their code... note the height declarations.

It's one way of doing it... but there are several more current options... just depends on what you want to do and how you prefer to have things setup.

do you mean the website?
well that's an oldie... working on a new one that has a better structure.. etc etc..

i make my buttons in flash AS3 and illustrator now..
