kmakemultires.exe -- access denied - windows vista

Hello,

I have copied over the krpano-tools from my windows xp machine to the windows vista machine. Whenever i try to run the kmakemultires, i get a message, "Access denied". Nothing more. Not sure , what is being denied and for what. That error persisted even when i disabled my anti-virus.

Any ideas?

It was more of anti-virus thing. It classified the cmd shell as "stand alone" application, as such it couldn't launch any another application. I have changed it to "windows application" and it is working as expected.
