Problem with kprotect - EXE works fine, SWF doesn't

What seems to be the problem?

XML works fine, in kprotect I choose Startup XML File, in Embedding all necessary files (xml, plugins,png-buttons, jpg with panos)
Get Protected Files in EXE - everyting works fine. But SWF files display only
ERROR: download of: "filename" failed
ERROR: download of: "filename" failed
ERROR: download of: "filename" failed
ERROR: download of: "filename" failed
ERROR: download of: "filename" failed

SWF want to download embedded files *cursing*

Hi,

sorry, no idea...

exactly the same project?
just one .exe and one .swf?
do you view the .swf in the standalone viewer (if yes, which version),
or in the browser (how was it embedded there?)
