Hi-res photo on hotspot?

Hi all!

I've shoot a 400 megapixels panorama of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral (Tallinn, Estonia) - http://360pano.eu/show/?id=538.

Also I have a separate photo of the altar in a 21 megapixels resolution. Are there any ideas how better to insert this photo in a panorama? Is it possible to have a "popup" with a hi-res photo scalable (width / height, depending on the size of the window with panorama)?
