Forcing loading of level

Hi there

I have a tour that starts with a couple of "lookto"s before giving control to the user. The resolution level is locked while this is happening.

The problem is that, even with decode="all" on the corresponding resolution level, the animation is quite jumpy. Since I have a loading screen, my solution so far has been doing a couple of "lookat"s before I remove the screen. This seems to force krpano to really load the images, and makes the animation smoother. However, now I want to change the panorama during the animation (in order to have a day/night transition), which makes my little hack impossible.

My question is, is there some way to force KRPano to load all the tiles of a certain resolution level? Decode="all" doesn't really seem to do the trick.

Thanks,
Manuel

Hi Manuel,

Just a thought after reading those following threads.... Try using lockmultireslevel and wait(load)...
Controling multires level
Blend timed with loading

Hope this help...

Hi

Thanks for the suggestions, but unfortunately it doesn't solve my problem. My script is already being lauched "onloadcomplete".

I think this might be some problem with flash, which takes some longer time to display each face of the cube for the first time, causing the jumpyness. Has anyone else experienced this?
