Can't play a swf file from the internet.

Hi everyone!

I'm doing my first test with krprotect. Everything runs fine locally, but when I load a swf file to the internet it displays an erros (license error). I'd appreciate any input regarding this issue.

kencrypt doesn't support automatic encrypted folders or sub-folders,
but you can do that via batch files / scripts,

QTVR Encryption!

Hi!

I tried esterday to encrypt QTVR mov files, and i'v got a message: ERROR: not a QTVR movie file!
As i see it's not possible to encrypt QTVR files, or maybe i'm wrong?
I can't use projection with size of the cube 2200, krpano ask me to tile my projection. But QTVR with this size working perfectly.

Maybe it's possible to pack cube faces to one file, that might be encrypted? I think that less files in project it's good. I think it could help you, to think about it:

Or maybe you allready have some solutions on this subject. It will be great to have an possibility to pack cube faces in one file, let say room.dat, after that encrypt it. And then put it on site and download it in project?

Anyway you project krpano is grandios work! I think that i will admire for a long time. Thank you for you work.

Another one thing for packing!

When i load the cube faces, loader every time loads the new one face drop the size of the file to "0". I use

var bl:Number = Number( krpano.get("progress.bytesloaded") );
var bt:Number = Number( krpano.get("progress.bytestotal") );

But overal progress work fine, as you can see it:

Or maybe you add the ability of loading the equirectangular jpeg with size 8700x4350 it's standart size of the projection made with croped matrix and Sigma 8mm. It's the same as cube faces with somewhere about 2200x2200. And the size of such projection about 3.8-4.2 mB. Tiling such jpeg very coplicates work with project. I Think that is absolutly normal to use it as one file. And the problems with counting bytesLoaded and encryption will be solved.

right, at the moment, encrypting QTVR files is not possible,

krpano ask you to tile the cubestrip? where?

but note - a cubestrip with a cubeside of 2200px would be 13200px (=6x) in width or height when being a cubestrip image,
that's too large for a single file for the flashplayer (the maximum is something around 8000px in width or height),

yes, that's the verfication inside the viewer when a too large images was loaded,
the Flashplayer is not able to decode that file, see:

Mac's APP isn't compiling well and a suggestion.

I'm trying to compile a MacOs tour from a PC, but the generated APP file doesn't seem to run.
I can't imagine what is happening.
Also, I would like to have feedback from krprotect when it has finished encrypting mu files. A simple beep sound would be fine.

have you copied the whole .app folder?

Yes, I've copied completely the APP folder.

I got the same issue with my version.
To solved it, I needed to change the Flash Player software from the directory Contents/MacOs by the one I got on my Mac.
Hope this helps

Limit the display of the stand alone pano

In kprotect you can fix the size of the generated SWF, EXE or Macc app application, but when you run it you can put it in full screen mode.
Is it possible to limit the display of the pano. For example If I generate it in 800*600, that mean that even if I put the flash player on Full screen mode, the display is centered, still on 800*600, and the background is black for example.
