krpano 1.0.8.12

Hi,

krpano Version 1.0.8.12 is there!

The development and releasing of this new version had taken much more time than expected but finally it is ready and there!
The main developments in this versions were the new krpanoJS HTML5/Javascript viewer, the updated documentation, many small improvements and bugfixes in the krpano Flash viewer and to make the viewer and the tools easier to use.

To the biggest news:

The krpanoJS viewer (for the iPhone/iPad/...) supports now almost the full krpano xml system, that means there are hotspots, plugin images, actions, scenes, the loading of and blending to other panos and so on...
The krpanoJS viewer has been also optimized for usage on the Desktop. It works great on the Safari 5 and the latest Chrome browsers (min. Version 9). The normal big images will be loaded in this case. Lloading tiled or one level of a multires pano is possible too. The controlling will be the same like in the Flash viewer with one exception - because of the design for touch usage - there are no onOver/onOut events at all at the moment.
The krpanoJS viewer has now a DEMO MODE to allow testing it before buying.
The krpano Flash viewer on the other side has been optimized for the usage on Android 2.2.
To adjust the panos and tours in a special way for a certain device there are many new static settings and dynamic variables: devices, alturl, altscale, altonloaded, isphone, ispad, ishtml5, isflash, isandroid.
The krpano embedding script (swfkrpano.js) has also been extended in many ways. It allows a device detection and the controlling of which viewer to use. And it is possible to embed the krpanoJS viewer and its license inside it. This reduces the number of needed files. The new droplets will do that embedding automatically.
Here some examples of the new version:

About the tools and droplets - they are now embedding the licenses automatically when generating panos or tour by default (changeable in the .config files by the "embedlicenses" parameter).
There are new MAKE VTOUR droplets - they are building/preparing the panos for a virtual tour. Just drop several panos on the droplet. See here a usage slideshow.
For more detailed news and informations about the new features and the bugfixes please have a look at the releasenotes.txt files in the Viewer and Tools download packages.
And the online documentations have been updated:

thank you Klaus for this update... and hopefully the small dot at right bottom corner for html5 / ios will also gone by default.. or at least for the user that have branding free license.. :)

by the way fullscreen context menu not works in examples folder

after updating i changed my context menu accordingly to the new great documentation *thumbup*

it seems On safari only :
Safari 5.02 / Mac OSX 10.6.4 / KRPANO .12 /
(exit fs works yet, that's only the enter fs not triggering)

on firefox it works.

Or it's my system ???
anyone else got this trouble ?
