Hi there,
is it possible that the javascript viewer is not supporting %SWFPATH% and the like in XML files when wanting to include other XML files . . .?
Thanks,
Florian

Hi,
%SWFPATH% is supported but because there is no reference to the real flash .swf file there,
it refers to the path of the .js file,
best regards,
Klaus
Hi Klaus,
Thanks for your reply. You're right, there's no .swf file, but the krpanoiphone.js takes its place, right? I have both files next to each other (krpano.swf and all the .js files), but including an XML file from within some other XML file using the %SWFPATH% placeholder works in case of Flash, but not in case of javascript . . . i.e. the paths get correctly resolved in the first case, but not the second . . .
Hi,
do you have an example for that?
best regards,
Klaus
Sure:
=> http://www.pano.ie/panoramas/even…d_cultures_2010
Make sure you click Cancel when offered to mobile specific version.
Hi,
thanks for the example, that's a bug that happens when there are also a several other javascripts,
I will try to fix it in the next release,
best regards,
Klaus
Great, thank you!!
Sorry, has this bug been fixed in the latest release (11-24) ?
Hi,
no, that's not fixed, I haven't found a reliable solution for that yet,
best regards,
Klaus
Ok thanks... Hope you find a fix soon, as this pretty much breaks most panoramas on my site... (and I don't want to replace the placeholders with static paths).
Sorry to be a pain, but any news regarding this bug?
Thanks and Happy New Year,
Florian
Hi,
please try the files from here:
https://krpano.com/download/beta/#2011-01-03
with it the %SWFPATH% path should work,
best regards,
Klaus
Sweet, it works for me now. Thanks a million, Klaus !!
