At first add the metatag for UTF encoding of the page, see http://htmldog.com/guides/htmlintermediate/metatags/

- "die liste aller übersichtspunkte" - "Alle Panoramabilder"
- "Test-drive" - "Testdrive"
- "Die Öffnungszeiten"
- "Schließen taskleiste" - "Menü schließen"
top - Nach oben
right - Nach rechts
down - Nach unten

The rest is quite ok.
