"Thumb error" on Ipad

Hello,

I did a Panorama tour with MAKE VTOUR Droplet. When I read it on the computer everything is fine but on the Ipad I have an error message :"thumb error".
I can see the different thumbnails but they are not usable. Does someone know what happen?

do you have an screenshot or link?
the message "thumb error" would be very strange...

Hi,

I think the file/folder name "Pano Extérieur.tiles" could cause the problem:

can you try to replace the é with an different character in the folder name and in the xml,
