multitouch zooming on flash 10.1 on win7

Hi, could it be possible for krpano to run navigation and zooming panoramas on windows 7 on Dell Latitude XT2 wich has multitouch screen. I've seen that flash 10.1 has multitouch support and dell has capacitive multitouch screen but would it be possible for krpano to navigate by dragging in all direstions and for more important for zooming with two fingers like on ipad. could it be done somehow. i really nead this for my presentation purposes.

Tnx for reply

I've tested (single) touchsscreen 55" with no prolems. And I see that Klaus tested multitouch on iphone and android. So it most probally will work.

it's ok i presume for singletouch gestures....but what about multitouch "pinch" zooming. does krpano require additional programming/scripting for zooming or would it be possible by default? and operatin system is windows 7.

Hi,

no there is currently no multi-touch implemented in the krpano flash viewer,
I have no device for testing with Flashplayer multi-touch support,
e.g. the Android Nexus One supports only one finger!

best regards,
Klaus

Hi,

did you enable any settings to get it work? We just got a multitouch Screen (Iiyama ProLite T2451MTS) and I tried to zoom into one of our gigapixels (http://www.gpix.at) in IE and fullscreen - but nothing happens ... ?!? :-(

I have written a small plugin that enables pinch zooming for Windows 7 multitouch displays (and Android devices):
Multitouch zoom for Android and Windows 7 devices

It should work in any browser (and the standalone Flash player), regardless of fullscreen or windowed state.
