How to show hotspot on top of plugin (mask)?

I've set up a mask plugin like http://krpano.com/examples/interface/ (mask-effect) but my hotspots are shown underneath the mask.

How can I put my hotspots on top of the mask plugin so that the hotspots ar not affected by the mask effect?

Setting zorder does not help because zorder for pugins and hotspots work on seperated layers?

Thank you!

I was hoping to get some respone on this, maybe by Klaus...

I think it is related tot this:

Quoted

this the order of these layers:
1 - the pano layer (image.layer)
2- the hotspot layer (hotspot.layer)
3 - the plugin layer (plugin.layer)
4 - the internal stage layer (no direct access),

Hi,

no, sorry, the hotspots are always behind the plugins,
like arjandb already posted, the elements are internally in different layers
and the hotspot layer is below the plugin layer,

best regards,
Klaus

As an alternative, is it possible to achive the same mask-like effect by using a very large hotspot with zindex -1?
How can I define an all-covering hotspot?
