Downloaded the version (Universal Binary) and it works. *smile*
The 64bit version doesn't work on my Mac (10.6.6)

No problem on my iMac 10.6.6.I can not see what your problem is.
You still have not answered which tool you have used.

I used make pano multires.. The panorama was stiched in Autopano Giga.

64bit version works perfectly on my Mac.

There is a difference in the image output. On the Windows Pc there are 6 jpg files for Flash, 6 for iPad and 6 for iPhone.

Well then there is something wrong with your Windows version or setup. You probably did not use the multiresolution tool.

As you now say you make multiresolution you should have much more than 6 images for flash.
294 does not sound very much , it sound like the correct for 3 levels.
