rotation hotspot on view change

Hi,

I have a hotspot (it has also a default rotation (for example -30)) which show to neighbour way to go, if i change view, the hotspot rotation should be also changed. Like arrow buttons in norc.at

How can i do this?

add(hotspot[hs1].rotate,view.hlookat, hotspot[hs1].rotate);
