Best hardware for krpano

I'm planning an installation with a LARGE amount of panos with pre-cached previews.
Any idea on what is the best hardware? An SSD for the contents to be loaded fast?
A largge amount of memory? Powerful graphic board? OSX, Linux or Windows?
Knowing better what are hardware bottlenecks that make the software suffering more, is the key for a better viewing experience.

Hi,

the rendering by the Flashplayer is done by cpu - so a fast cpu and fast ram would be the best things for it,
