How to - Text without textfield.swf

Hello, everybody!

How to make text only xml (no textfield.swf)? an options? Showtext() - is not an option, it can be only one text at same time.

Who know, showtext() can work on iDevice?

How to identify, which nodes is supported on mobile devices? *confused*
