mailto target _blank doesn't work ?!

Hi,

I can't find an issue in my code to open the mailto link in a blank tab. I've tried with and without, _ "" ; , target etc.. It always opens in the same tab. *cry*

Thanks VN but it doesn't work.

The original code was given to me with the navigation plugin. And it was already "_self" but it opened in the same window. That 's why i tried "_blank".
Here the code i just tried (on local and on line).

_self should work. this is what i used to use to open an email link window.

Thanks Tuur, but it was my original code (for the action) and it didn't work.

I remind you that i can't reach the original "plugin" code because it's a swf i bought from a shop, so only the action code could be changed. That's why i had to write the code the way i did on my last post.
May be someone has an example on line to show a mail page opening in an other tab.
I've seen two panos with a contact link and both of them open in the same tab.!

are you testing locally/offline?

in this case you would need to adapt the Flashplayer security settings to get the Javascript/External Interface working,
