Help required to create action panorama

Hi all, I have shot a 360º pano featuring someone doing some acrobatics. I have the full 360 pano plus many shots of the acrobat in action, taken from the same panohead/position (so any one of them will stitch into the scene) by following the action, the action all takes place within approx a 120º range
I would like to be able to produce a panorama which would change/show the different positions of the performer, is this feasible?
I do not know if making a different pano for each position, then switching panos, is the best option, or if it is possible to just change the individual element within the same pano?
Any help greatly appreciated, and if you know of links to any similar type of panoramas please let me know.

do you want all captured movements to be seen all the time like a timeline or have each movement only visible individually like a slideshow? either is absolutly possible. here is one i have seen in the past.

I would like each movement visible like a slideshow, or as I think of it the old schoolboy "flipbook" type of animation.

Hi Jeff,

Mael B. has posted a beautiful one here:

As the link he gave it is broken, here the new one:

Waiting to see yours ;-) ...

Thanks Michel, this is exactly what I had in mind, I had seen the "old" link which as you say no longer works.
Any idea on how this is done ?
I will try to locate the xml file this uses and see if I can learn from it.

You have to learn this example from Klaus:
Example/Tutorial - interactive area in the pano (aligned distorted hotspot)

In response to an email I sent to him requesting help, Maël Bathfield has been extremely gracious and allowed everyone to see the xml code for his wonderful chrono panorama, see this forum thread:-
Code to make interactive chrono-panorama :-)
Please enjoy it, and if at all possible make a donation to Maël.

Many thanks Maël
