I just tried the demo and used a .co.uk email address to send the image to. A pop up said it would not work.

Your e-card was not sent because the specified recipient would not receive e-cards from this service. Would you like to send another e-card?


I used my business email address with .com and that worked fine. Have I done something wrong or does the demo only work with certain extensions? My yahoo.co.uk email account receives everything from emails from friends to spam emails telling me how to enlarge my manhood or part with lots of cash so not sure why it wouldn't get an e-card?

How did my email address end up on your blocklist or did you just block anything using @yahoo.co.uk ?

I just used the my regular yahoo email address (that I use for this forum) and that was the one that got blocked but now works after you reset it. As you said though If you can disable the check so any email address can be used then the plugin looks promising. I'll hang on and see your newer version in a couple of weeks as being able to change the background image, buttons and form fields is a selling point for me

Really like this plugin. Will but the ones from Jaydee too. In the meantime, I sent you an email asking how it is possible to go back to window mode automatically if the user is in fullscreen mode when trying to send an e-card. Better than an error message for sure. Thought I would post here to see if anyone else has done so.

FIRST ISSUE -

does anyone have the ecard plugin working correctly with swfaddressescaped? i think there is a problem with the escaped address in the ecard. in my html template if I use

#swfaddressurl# I GET --> http://virtualnorthland.com/duluth/b17/#/b17d/?ath=56&atv=-10&fov=90

which is correct and works. if I use ...

#swfaddressurlescaped# I GET --> http%3A/virtualnorthland.com/duluth/b17/%23/b17d/%3Fath%3D-6.474917767234862%26atv%3D-68.14653333950713%26fov%3D90

which is wrong and should be ...

SECOND ISSUE - getting bitly links

is does not seem like the ecard is using bitly even though i have it declared in the xml.

i am trying to use the shares along with email so i need to use the swfaddressurlescaped or else it truncates everything after the ? the problem is the escaped url is not correct.

either need to add a second / or escape both / with %2f%2f or else the output would is http:/virtualnorthland.com
