Scrolling Thumbnails Help Please

I have downloaded Shanti's plugin and followed (obviously NOT very well) the instructions but it does not work for me. In Safari I get an error which the "Activity" window tells me is:-
" http://www.jeffstarley.com/Martins_Bank_…ml?nocache=2493" - "not found "

Firefox's "Error Console" shows "Warning: Expected ':' but found 'undefined'. Declaration dropped.

Can anybody help me to fix/understand what I have done Incorrectly?

Hi,

the path to the gallery1.xml is wrong,

see:
http://www.jeffstarley.com/Martins_Bank_…ml?nocache=4672

but the file is here:
http://www.jeffstarley.com/Martins_Bank_…ml?nocache=4672

the path to the gallery1.xml must be written relative from the main swf file (the krpano swf),
e.g. wrong in this case:

right:

plugins/as3Thumbsforkrpano.swf?TheXML=./plugins/gallery1.xml"
