mask for distorted hotspot

Hello,
masks for distorted hotspots are not working otpimally for me.
First the mask is working correctly but when I rotate the panorama suddenly the mask disapears and I see the full hotspot-image.

Does anybody noticed the same problem or someone has a working code?
