Go to a specific scene by url

hi all

i want to go in a scene with url it's possible ? I know to go in a single pano but don't find the good syntax for scene

Ok it's work perfect to get a scene

But now I want a scene and get a position in a scene, I don't find the good syntax, I try &x=.... &y=.... &z= or &view.hlookat=.... &view.vlookat=.... &viewfov=.... without sucess *confused*

Hi Job.1,

Inside your loadscene() action, you can use the vars parameter for that...
loadscene(scenename,vars*,flags*,blend*)

Thank's Michel but I can just pass one like view.vlookat=-40 but what else for the others, view.hlookat=15 and view.fov=50 *confused*

Then you can build your scene dynamically with php or asp
xml=krpano.php?fov=60 <- just a rough example

and in the krpano.php
<scene fov=<?php print $_GET["fov"] ?>"

another rough example with no input validate or default setting for the variable.

That shouldn't be the case, Post your php or asp code then.
The maxlength of your xml file plus its parameters, shouldn't be close to 2048.

Hi Job,

I have tried some... The loadscene() action itself seems to accept multiples vars when used from xml... but seems to accept only one var when used from url or as a variable in the embed process...
Perhaps it is a bug from the swfkrpano.js...

when using the & in the url then the browser will assume a new 'http-get' parameter will be started,
maybe escaping the inner & by %26,
e.g.

beside of that - I would recommend setting the startup view by set() or the lookat() actions,
this should be to more reliable and unproblematic way,
e.g.
