No, it can't be used on iDevices.

Hi all,
The new version of the plugin has been released with:

* selectable time mode (12h with AM/PM or 24h) and date format (d/m/y or m/d/y)
* support knot unit for wind speed.
* add pressure info (you can choose the pressure unit: hPa or atm)

does anyone own this and can get it to work without passing the parameters like in the below developer instructions:

You can pass parameters to the plugin:

* baseDir : path to plugin directory (default: current directory).
* langXML : path to language file.
* settingsXML: path to setting file.

The developer has not logged in since May 31st, and the way the arguments are being passed is messing up with %SWFPATH% which is needed for facebook page embedding.

Would appreciate any help.

Well dont need swfpath if you replace it with a full absolute.

true, but i cant always know where the client is going to host the pano after i give it to him. i would prefer it to be complete by itself, not needing to be edited if he changes its hosting domain.

True, one long winded method would be to pass the URL as a parameter from the index which is discovered with js or php.
What do you think is conflicting with swfpath?

Maybe its the basedirectory that is the issue it looks relative.

if i put an %SWFPATH%/ in front of the url of baseDir, the pano gives an error and doesnt load. i need a way to split these arguments up and add an %SWFPATH%/ in front of each.

no connection to the weather server

Hi,
I have a problem with the weather server connection: the plugin shows me the message: can´t connect to the weather server! Check your internet connection.
I can´t understand this problem - maybe becuase I don´t know how the plugin works. Is there somebody who can explain me what I can do in this case?

You run the plugin locally on your machine ? if yes, you have to change your flash security settings, see the Global Security Settings panel.

you don't have this problem if the plugin is online.

Hi,

this seems to be a yahoo server problem,
when you trace and analyze the server requests you can see that the server answer is empty...

I don't know whats the reason for that,
maybe it would be possible for the plugin to repeat the server request in this case, but I'm not sure if that would really help...
