Nadir Logo

I want to put a nadir logo in a tour, rather than just one panorama. It should stay still while the panoramas are rotated.
Could someone give me some clues?

Please see the Nadir example that came with krpano, it does exactly this.

Thanks for that idea Sasha, however I do not want the logo to rotate at all even when the panorama does. I have got it working in Pano2Vr but I can't quite get it right here. For the client, they always see the logo the right way round.

Just set
rotatewithview="true"

of the hotspot that handles the nadir. That's all.

Thanks for that advice Micheal- now got the nadir sorted, as below.

<hotspot name="nadirlogo"
url="nadir2.png"
keep="true"
ath="0"
atv="90"
distorted="false"
zoom="false"
scale="2"
rotate="0.0"
rotatewithview="false"
onclick="action(openurl(http://www.assetimaging.co.nz);"
/>

THe only thing that will not work is the link through to my website- what have I done/not done here?

There is a ")" missing at the end of the line :-)

Thanks Gomi, I have tried that but still can't get it right. Could you/someone alter this line for me?

onclick="action(openurl(http://www.assetimaging.co.nz);"

Here is the tour, please don't comment on the lousy stitching (all freehand) but more the look of the tour.

Remove action or add another parenthesis. Its basic programming syntax to end what you start. Parentheses, tags .. Its all the same just like html tags.

sachagriffin already gave the answer. Either of both versions is ok:
onclick="openurl(http://www.assetimaging.co.nz);"

onclick="action(openurl(http://www.assetimaging.co.nz);)"

On a scale of 1 -10 my programming skills are minus 2, so what is obvious to others.....
Thanks for the help, I see the point you make, however the line still does not work, I must be missing something else.

Do you make your tests locally or with a live server? The documentation says:
"This means the action will work offline/locally only when the security settings of the Flashplayer were adjusted."

Both, just to be sure.

When I click on the nadir logo nothing happens at all, but the link itself works fine.
So I guess it has to be somewhere in the "onclick" command.

<hotspot name="nadirlogo"
url="nadir2.png"
keep="true"
ath="0"
atv="90"
distorted="false"
zoom="false"
scale="2"
rotate="0.0"
rotatewithview="false"
onclick="action(openurl(http://www.assetimaging.co.nz);)"

Does the onclick action here actually refer back to the nadir2.png?

nadir logo

hi, i m new here. i have tried as per below.
however, my nadir logo is aligned its orientation to my computer screen,
instead of aligning with element in the panorama.

what i mean is something like i patch a nadir logo into my pano's floor with photoshop.
but instead of using photoshop, i want to do it in krpano.

HOW TO DO? *confused* can someone share your experience? thks.
