HTML above Flash (in bloody IE)

Hi there,

I'm desperately trying to place HTML elements on top of the KRPano Flash player. It works well in all browsers except IE.

I've tried this proposed solution here (which shows up correctly in the IE8 I'm testing this with), but this solution doesn't seem to work in conjunction with KRPano.

Any clues?

Here's the page I'm working on, if this helps: http://www.panellingireland.com/hillcott…no.php?panoid=1

Thanks!!

Hi,

Could you test my last contribution in Magnifying Glass thread
I manage krpano child division on krpano main.

- Do you manage krpano.addParam("wmode", "transparent") ?

Yes, I tried that of course, but it makes no difference.

Hi,

In your web page you manage
-> viewer.addVariable("wmode", "transparent");
not
-> viewer.addParam("wmode", "transparent");

Try again *question*

Oh wow, that's it! You're a genius, thank you!

I just wasn't aware of the difference between Param and Variable...

Thanks again!

PS: Your magnifying glass thing works on my testbed, if this is what you were asking earlier.

very interesting making the menus in html but why not just make them inside krpano and have them do the same thing? just curious. also i think that is a great tour but you could have really benefited from using some bracketing so the windows were not so blown out. such an amazing house and scenery the glow from the windows takes something away from the views.
