Images layers

Hi,

I have a blue line across the bottom of my Virtual Tour(a png image). Then I have the default skin buttoms which I want to be in the bottom but over the blue image.
The problem is that it displays the other way around, first the skin and over it the image.
How can I send back the image or bring front the buttoms?? *confused*
I attached an snapshot of the problem, here is the lik:
