Extract .jpgs from my panos (solved)

Hi Klaus & everybody

I have a very difficult task, and is possible to be need to be re-done after while, again, and again..

I want
1) to extract the .jpg files from my panos , around 15,000 of them
then
2) recompile them with the new updated krpano and even updating the embedded .xml in them

the point #2 I know how to do it
but
have no idea how to do the #1 mean extracting the jpegs, the panos were build during the last 2.5 years if that info is of any help reagarding the krpano version or such.


Is there a tool in krpano or a third party utility to extract the .jpg's and maybe .xml as well?

appreciate any help
