SWFAdress ...

hi.
i bought the plugin last year, made a short test, ... but the first time i come to implement it is now.
i couldn't find the oryginal download file ...
the link in confirmmail is expired and the srevice doesn't know my mail adress *confused*

, so i couldn't get anew link ????

does it mean files from http://www.krpano.com/plugins/userplugin…ss/examples.zip works on localhost or NOT??
in my case they doesn't ... i see a black screen with buttons when i reqest http://localhost/krpano3/manual.mode.html#/pano2/ or all others ..

would be nice to hear from you

Update v1.2.5

Update to plugin have been released. The major changes include:

Support for krpanoJS viewer (HTML5 version of the plugin supports iPod Touch/iPhone/iPad)
Experimental support for iframes (demo)

View changelog and documentation for the details.

Bit.ly plugin has also been updated (HTML5 version included in the examples).
All current customers will recieve update for free. Check the Updates section to know how to get the updated version.

This is my favourate plugin and a great feature to have in virtual tours, I recommend to everyone not using to give it a go *smile*

Jaydee helped me massively on the national gallery tour and this functionality was very popular as the gallery and users could link to any painting, click here for example

update?

Hi Jaydee,

Hope this finds you well!

I went to the update screen, choose SWF address, entered a good email and I got a zip sent to me. Inside the zip was only 4 files, a readme.txt. license.txt, swfaddress.library.license.txt and sa.swf.

I guess I was expecting to see the sa.js, bitly.js and .....?

Do I need to download the new demo to get these or .....?

Yep, you can get fully functional JS versions of plugins from the demo package! They are available for free.
I will update plugin page and mention these details on that page. Thanks.

P.S. Good news about Google Analytics Plugin: The new version which includes krpanoJS support and easy-to-use event tracking will be released on this weekend!

Error in the new version - iframe problem

Hi Jaydee

The new version of the plugin does not display panoramas in a iframe. The problem is, when the panorama is loaded from another domain. Do not work the virtual tours from other domains in the lightbox, shadowbox, jcepopup, etc. *cry*

Previous version works fine.

Hi,

Support for iframes is experimental, as you know from documentation.
The origin of the problem is in iframe itself. It's working fine when you load iframe from the same domain, and it's not working when you load it from outside.
When iframed page is loaded from the same domain, it has access to the location property of document object. When it's loaded from another domain, it hasn't access to this property. This is security limitation of iframe.
I also haven't heard from SWFAddress plugin customers about successful implementations, conversely I heard a lot about unsuccessful attempts.
Can you send me a link to successful implementation?

hi,

my problem, I can not open the desired scene in a shadowbox from a tag <area>

<area alt="Souterrain the citadel of Laon" shape="rect" rel="shadowbox[Mixed]" coords="615,273,637,295" href="laon/index.html#/souterrain1/" />

the scene is always the one that appears by default.

example:

http://laon.virtual-visit.fr/test.html

links with the shadowbox does not work, the scene is always the one by default.
Is there a solution?

Okay, I figured out. You are using iframe for shadowbox content, but you forgot to incude swfaddress.js script into iframed page.
