Is there a way to place a DIV over krpanoDIV?

Hello,

I am playing with jquery and I love it! I see lots of possibilities but I am stuck trying something quite simple.

I want a DIV to slide down partially covering krpanoDIV, but it doesn't matter what I do it is always underneath.
I have tried the obvious:

Source code

1
2
#krpanoDIV { position:absolute;  z-index:10; }
#panel { position: absolute;  width: 200px; height: 400px; z-index:999 }

But it doesn't work. The panel covers a google map DIV which is located just next to krpanoDIV, but it appears somewhere between krpanoDIV and krpano. I don't know if you know what I mean.See the example. Click on "Business" link at the bottom to see the panel moving.
I am quite sure I am missing something. Possibly because of the way krpano is printed in a DIV using actionscript.

Any ideas people?

Thanks a lot!

you need to add

so.addParam("wmode","transparent"); or so.addParam("wmode","opaque");

but this will cause a bug with the mouse wheel fix :(

You are absolutely right!

See the sameexample and Click on businesses button.

Now that I can do it I am not sure if I will use it. *tongue*
It is hiding my beloved krpano!

I don't know. I have such little space that I can't fit a panel with the categories anywhere. Maybe underneath, I will think about it.

Thanks for the help again!
